The move starts before the truck.
A

Advance the dock

Gate access, lift limits, permits, hotel holds and crew call times are checked before the first case leaves storage.

B

Load for the cue

Staging, truss, audio, lighting and backline travel in show order, so the unload supports the build instead of fighting it.

C

Own the day

One Darb lead stays on comms through arrival, unload, doors, strike and the last vehicle leaving site.

Built for live pressure.

How early should we book?

For Gulf tours, share the draft as soon as dates hold. Darb can price from a rough route and tighten once venues confirm.

Do you handle cross-border moves?

Yes. Darb plans documents, driver timing and handoffs for Kuwait, KSA, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE and Oman.

Can you supply crew only?

Yes. Darb can place crew, transport, staging support or the full movement depending on what production already has covered.

Who do we call on show day?

One Darb lead stays assigned to the move, so promoters and production managers are not chasing separate vendors.
